Digital Assistant Pro ( DAP )

DAP is a Shopify app which helps storefront owners to fulfill their digital orders with ease. These digital products can be ebooks, app subscriptions, gift cards, extended warranties, online courses, software tools, videos, images, audiobooks and clips, music and ringtones, graphics and digital arts, documents templates, magazines, etc.

Digital order fulfillment

Merchants can manage their post-order workflows for their digital products on DAP. Merchants can manage their digital products and their associated files and licenses on DAP. Whenever an order is placed for the digital product on the Shopify store, DAP fetches that order and curates an email that is sent to the end-customer including the download links to the associated files and the license keys. DAP supports both single and multi-seat license keys. Merchant can set a preference for the license keys in case of any order cancellation. DAP also supports configuring the expiration for the file links.

Customer review management

Merchants can handle the Customer reviews on their online store via DAP. DAP helps the Merchants to manage the online reputation of the store by channeling the positive reviews to the public review platforms and the negative reviews to the private space that only the Merchant can access. This gives a chance to the Merchant to do any course correction as required and make the customer experience better. Not just that. Merchant can also configure which of the public review platforms that the happy customers have to be directed to so that the good reviews are spread across different review platforms over the internet.
