I can't express how happy I am with this app. I've been using it for several years on numerous stores. The features of the app are great, making it very easy to sell/provide digital products, which make a significant portion of our revenue stream, and the service is spectacular.
This is one of the few apps I always always install immediately in every new store I set up.
Support Ticket broken. Just says No Connection. Does not support Shopify Collective
I had a problem with my file downloads, and reached out to support on a Sunday evening. The issue was fixed pretty much straight away. Now that's what I call support!

This app works great and the customer service is top notch. I highly recommend. They returned my emails within the same day and helped me customize a template to meet the needs of my store. Awesome app! It allows you to have multiple files for each variant of the product listing. You can have a base file that is on all variants. You can import existing products from Shopify. You can make the files available on the order confirmation page instantly as well! And customer service is amazing! Michael added on a download button that matched my store theme into my customers purchase history so they can always access their downloads! Super fast response time as well!
