Uplinkly Digital Downloads

Awesome - I initially asked a question about being able to offer custom downloads as I couldn't find another app on the store that could offer what I needed. Uplinkly were in the process of adding this and we had a call to both make sure there were no features missing and to onboard onto their newly developed feature. It meets my needs really well, is intuitive and easy to use and the support and service is great. :)

Easy to use. Support is fast and responsive. Does everything you need for all digital versions of a product.

I'm *so* glad I found this app. It's perfect for my needs and it works beautifully. In fact, I reached out for support, to adjust how it performs in my store, and Michael made these adjustments very quickly. I also really appreciate being able to begin at the free level, because I only have a few digital products to start, and then grow into the paid levels when I have more products. If you want to sell digital downloads in your Shopify store, this is clearly a superior app with superior support.

We have few plugins and apps on our shop. BUT Uplinkly is BY FAR THE BEST APP ON SHOPIFY. We sell digital products and Michael and his team are absolutely amazing. The app is great, downloads and file management is easy to follow and has no flaws. I will recommend it to everyone who are looking for file management for download products and best service! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!!!! just get it!

I use this app to provide digital patterns to my customers. I have been using this app for months and it is great. No problems. Questions are answered promptly by their support team (they are also very friendly). I'm on their free plan which allows for 10 free product listings (and also has a lot less restrictions compared to other competitors' free plans). I'm coming close to that 10 but I will have no problem transition to their paid plan as it is affordable and their app has been essential for my store.

I have uses this app for handling automatic downloads of music scores for around a year by now. It is easy to handle, reasonable prices for a small business like mine, and the support has always been first class. Quick, helpful and very competent. They even have added new features based on my questions to the support. Recommended.

This app is exactly what we needed. We were able to set up a page for downloading our course as well as to watch via streaming. We can send it to our customers as well as sell it as a standalone product. Perfect app.
And their support is the best I've experienced in all the apps I used. They helped me set up everything from scratch until it was perfect.

If there was 10 stars I would've given it. The app works like a charm and the Support is even better! Michael Thomas is always quick with a response and comes up with awesome suggestions on how to get the job done efficiently. Can't recommend this app enough, we pay the subscription with a smile.
