EXCELLENT customer support. The team is responsive, thorough in their explanations, and the ultimate problem solvers. Also love this app. Has made providing customers their content much easier than having to create 50 different zapier triggers. 10/10. Highly recommend.

The Uplinky app is fantastic, but my comments will address how amazing and selfless their customer support is, because I cannot think of a single customer support experience in my life, where an agent has done so much more than helping with the issue I contacted them about. Needless to say, I highly recommend Uplinky!

I'm using this app to try out products users can download. It integrated easily with my Shopify site and most importantly their support has been super helpful even though we're not a paid account yet. Thank you Michael for helping set up a branded email template!!!

This app works smoothly, and great customer service. I've had no problems so far. I only have one ebook for sale, but as I grow my digital library I plan to stay with UpLinky.

I used the app to upload quilt patterns to my Sweet Waddy Jane shop. Michael stuck with me as we problem solved through an error I made when originally uploading the file. It's all fixed, and his patience, competence and persistence was much appreciated.

I like everything. A good application and it's good that you can increase or decrease the tariff plan depending on the quantity of goods and the place. It was difficult for me to find an application for my large volume. And this is completely fine. When I could not understand something, the responsive support service solved my questions and helped me find what I was looking for. I also liked the interface. There are many features that are not available in the standard application.
