I used this apps before. lousy apps and to all merchants pls don't install. The most unfriendly apps to use.
Charged $28 for "one time setup", and the app actually did not work as intended. Super bad experience overall.
Don't let the $4.90/month price fool you, or the fact that every pricing structure on the home page of this app doesn't tell you what you are and aren't receiving. For $4.90 all you get is the discount code to physically show on your cart page. You don't get to use multiple/stacked discounts until you go to the middle package and pay a one time $28 fee, and you don't get to use automatic discounts until you go to the TOP package, and again a one time $28 fee. This was unfortunately the first app we purchased on shopify due to the number of 5 star good reviews, and I feel like it's a $4.90 loss with a big lesson learned.

each and every app has different pricing, All pricing plans are clearly displayed on the website before you pay for the app. You will see every single detail including if the app has any setup/integration fee for any feature.
that will help you decide, which plan you want to choose based on the feature you want to use and the plan you can afford.

Very unprofessional team. They keep scheduling meetings that they do not join. Support is super bad do not go for this app. There were 2 meetings scheduled at different timings and their team did not join it only to say that there was some issue with Zoho on 2 seperate days apart.
**update after 1 month** still waiting for the refund of the double charge. after installing, encountered payment issues as they require me to make separate payment to get the stack discount feature. after payment, it was still not accessible to my account and they say payment was not captured. payment was deducted from my bank 2 times. hopefully I can get my refund for the double charge. was told stack discount will be granted quickly after payment. didn't happen at all and still waiting for confirmation on what is going on. code work in cart but does not apply when proceeding with checkout. reported issue to them but didn't get any acknowledgement of issue. so many issues and i am left hanging without any reply. never had such a horrible experience with any app developers before.
Prices in the app are higher than listed in the store or on their webpage. Once you install, the prices are $8.90, $13.90, and $18.90. Bait and switch.
