The app did not end up being a good fit for us, but the customer service was great and was able to find a custom solution to each of our problems.

Looking forward to coming back to review in a few months whenever we have more time with the app. I have been pleased with the set up and demo call with the app. Bart was very helpful in answering all of my questions and assisting with my concerns.

Discount Ninja app has a variety of discounts I am looking for. It is fab! I am not sure how many income it will generate yet since I haven't run the big promotion. However I am sure they provide excellent customer service and they do listen to you!! This is the core value. Fixing the problems you encountered and act very fast. Best discount app ! Very easy to use, and provides a lot of settings that help you custom your discount as desired.
Also an amazing support team, specially Bart who help me set everything up for black friday sale. Now everything is running perfectly. I totally recomand it !

Really good support and the app works well. We don't need it on an ongoing basis at this stage, but will definitely use it again in future.

This app has been a life-saver! I had a unique need to have discounts auto-apply when a customer landed on a specific page and Discount Ninja helped me FINALLY get this to work! They also set up Dynamic Pricing for me (a free feature if you request it). But, more than anything it is their customer support that is FANTASTIC! They helped me find a way to make their app do what I need. They trouble shooted with me to get the dynamic pricing working. They even talked to support for another app I was having trouble integrating with (PageFly) and they worked it out with them FOR me. In the tech world it is RARE to find this level of service. WELL DONE and thank you!

Absolutely Awesome!! I am very impressed with the Discount Ninja's functionality (no more creating discount codes!! Yay!!!) and even more impressive is the awesome support team that is (literally) always ready to help you.

I installed the app myself and was unable to get around a couple of styling aspects. So I emailed the support team expecting then to respond the next day. Instead I got a response within 10minutes and after a few email exchanges, they helped me resolve all the issues I was facing. (They even made a few code changes themselves!).

I used this app for our Black Friday sales and struggled to get it to work with our theme. Spoke with Bart in the support team and he sorted it out for me and helped with all my questions. Thanks!!

I got this app the other day and it wouldn't work at all. I contacted support and got BART who spent ʜᴏᴜʀꜱ scouring my site code, dedicated to working it out, all the while staying prompt with his replies and assistance. It turned out I had another discount app installed that was blocking their app from working. It is all fixed now and I'm very pleased with their highly dedicated customer support ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

After trying out over 100+ apps in the last 5 years.... Discount NInja had by far the best customer support I have ever experience in the last 24 hours of installing the app. We were trying to get the app to do something specific in the cart page and a few errors occurred in the process. So, we did the onboard assistance and they worked on the issue, a staff member got on a call with me to make sure 1. the app functions the way we want it to and 2. all of my questions were answered (which were many... to make sure the app functioned the way we wanted to) I truly appreciate this level of support.
