Great app and speedy/helpful customer service. I love that I can reply to and edit comments directly on my blog pages. Ideally, customers wouldn't need to create a Disqus account to comment but I'm hoping this won't deter readers from participating in the conversation.

Had tried to setup Disqus years ago before these apps were available, it was hard and I kept running into problems. This time around I contacted support, they installed it for me, guided me through the setting for my profile and even helped me retain the comments my blog post already had. Great service, great product, look forward to using it in the years to come.

I see Disqus on most sites and see them as a reliable source for blog posts. Great decision as their customer service is A+. I reached out and Denys immediately responded to me and set Disqus up on my site. I'm not a techie at all and I didn't want to have to set this up myself. I'm very grateful for them handling the entire set up for www.beneathyourmask.com !

Worked like a charm and their support also helped with getting the Disquss fitted and removing Shopify comment field. This app can also be added to pages, which is a nice feature.

After a disappointing call with Shopify that i could not reply to the comments on my blog within the native blog feature in Shopify, I started looking in the app store and was flabbergasted at some of the pricing for the various apps. While I'm bummed I have to pay for this, the Disqus app and customer service made it worth it. They basically set it all up for me and I didnt have to touch a lick ...

I'm still finding my way with this app, but the support from Nexusmedia is lightning fast and tremendously helpful. Great customer service!
