Running on multiple shopify stores now - They even linked under one login to make it easy to manage... They have a great support team to answer any questions you have... has LOTS of features and tweaks to adjust how it serves the results... Can also change the look of the whole interface with some CSS help from their team... Their AI adjusts the results the more people use the search to make it more and more relevant to increase the conversions. Looking forward to see how it works through the holiday seasons where we are sure to get more stats to review to help us tweak things even better.

I usually do not write reviews but for this addon is a must to businesses everywhere. Not only they have great customer service (Suliaman you are amazing rep) who answer your emails so quickly but everything I asked for customization was done quickly and efficiently. These guys are top notch. Every product is only as great as the customer service behind it.

The addon app itself is quite useful because it makes searching on your website easier because of the simplicity it brings to it with categories and sorting options. You will notice users starting to purchase different items that usually are buried sometimes when businesses have alot of products to showcase.

Just signed up for the enterprise level solution. We wanted a smart bar finder but was not expecting such great service up front. Egor helped us install the solution, tweaked it from his end. Then followed up on several occasions to show us how everything worked, all the options on the backend, as well as day to day processes we can use to help capture lost sales though search bar data. The support on this product exceeded my expecations by a mile. Would recommend this to anyone and everyone that needs a better search bar. Egor went above and beyond with our support in every way, highly recommend asking for him =)

This app can appear intimidating at first because it does much more than I bargained for however, Jorge has been overly attentive scheduling multiple Google Meet meetings with me to go over every feature to ensure I understand how to get the most utility out of this app. I was also provided with his direct line and two different support desks. He gave great advice to start manipulating the backend of the app to fit my needs little by little. I am excited to see how this app performs for our older less technologically savvy customers. While writing this review, an older gentleman called in and referenced how great the tech is on the site :)

Really great app. Once you have installed Doofinder, you cannot doo without it. It had always worried me how many customers we lost, due to spelling errors, or not knowing the exact description, or not being able to find products by navigating our categories, but now none of this matters. I have seen sales that would not have happened before, i cannot rate Doofinder high enough. Shaun made the initial setup so easy, and phoned me 3 times during my trial period to check how it was going. Great customer service.

A month ago I was contacted about trying doofinder. We decided to give the free trial a try as we only had the standard search bar shopify comes with. We were having quite a lot of no results because of words spelled wrong but doofinder has made a huge difference with that! We have just finished our free trial and we like it so much that we have decided to subscribe to the app. We've also had 3 people come into the shop and say how easy to navigate our website is. I believe doofinder has helped with that. Nichole who has helped us through this process has been more than lovely also. Wonderful to work with!

An excellent addition to our site, has been a great help to our customers. Our site has thousands of products, so needs really useful search functionality to find it all, and Doofinder does that for us perfectly. It has many useful features that we had not even thought about beforehand, that we now cannot do without, such as combining synonym search results, banners, and dynamic reranking to highlight specific products at the top of search results. Also, the redirection to pages on your site that wouldn't come up as a product in the search results is incredibly useful.
Shaun from Doofinder helped us a lot with getting to grips with all the features and was very attentive to our requests for help or information, only a phone call or an email away.

Just finished a 30 day free trial and signed up to keep. Would highly recommend this app to anyone! Search is so important in customers finding what they need and for website traffic to convert to a sale. Everything from the user interface to the end result on our website are professional looking and very user friendly. I have worked with Lindsay and she is super friendly, knowledgeable about the product, punctual, her follow up is amazing. If you haven't tried it you definitely should!

I tried a 30 day trial with DooFinder and I was really impressed with the results! I'm going to try it out for another 30 days but will most likely integrate this app permanently. DooFinder is extremely thorough and their customer service is excellent. I 've never had any trouble reaching someone for assistance. Salaiman has gone over and above and even set up a screen sharing session with me to help me better understand the app. The back office is well set up and easy to understand. You should give them a shot since it's a 30 day free trial. I guarantee you won't be disappointed!
