DOOFINDER ‑ Search & Discovery

Having checked out the site search competition, we recently trialed Doofinder and we are now pushing it live on our ecommerce site. As a business we can be quite demanding but Byron was always ready to commit his expertise, time and patience to make sure we were fully confident that Doofinder was the right choice and that we were working with a company that understood our requirements and didn't just see us as a monthly cheque. Byron & Doofinder dealt well with some early technical glitches which bodes well for the future as they remained approachable and solution-focused throughout this trial and configuration phase. We are looking forward to optimising our Doofinder configuration even further going into the busiest part of the year, to make the most of a lightning fast and clearly very intelligent system. Happy to give 5 stars at this stage. If I had to point out one area of improvement, I'd say the reporting is a little sparse in comparison to the competition but excellent core functionality at a responsible price, trumps reporting every time.

We tried the 30-day trial, and the results we saw were great. Marc walked me through the whole process and was very helpful when I had questions, and helped me with all my customisation needs. I highly recommend Doofinder, a great company to work with!

What an amazing experience it has been to find DooFinder. These guys called a few months ago, i have to admit i was skeptical at first and worried it was just another search app, but boy have they proved me wrong! Lennon has taken us through the whole process and the app is amazing. I could not praise Lennon enough, he is brilliant. If anyone is in doubt, just do it, you will not regret it!

Excelente herramienta para las búsquedas de productos, permite mostrar los productos que coinciden con la palabra, pero además colocarle el aviso del % de descuento que tiene el producto para los que están con descuentos, hacer filtros por precio, marca y sección. Muy fácil de utilizar para configurar las búsquedas.

I have no hesitation in giving Doofinder 5 stars, we have many products within our shop and customers can now find what they are looking for so much quicker. I found Kiran Kumar especially helpful and professional in his approach.

TOTALLY HAPPY! I couldn't recommend these guys enough! This app made a MASSIVE increase to my sales as soon as i added the app. I spoke with an extremely friendly and professional chap called Alistair who went above and beyond expectations to answer all questions and get me setup quick and easy. I have got to admit i was kinda skeptical about doofinder at first as i had never heard of them before, but after a quick chat with Alistair i was totally sold.. the guys a legend!
