This is easily one of the most useful apps we have added onto our stores ever. You can drill down in your search data to improve customer interaction on a search level and use the data to assess what new products to add or how to prioritize existing products. The search data is equally useful for optimizing our various ads campaigns. Support is superb and I cannot recommend this highly enough.
