So far so good. They are always quick to respond and the app is intuitive to use. I actually switched to this app from another because they offered more features.
Before installing this app, be sure to understand that you will not be able to import your reviews if you ever wanted to open a new store with a different URL. Due to limitations with this app I was unable to import my reviews from my old store (which is closing down) to my new store.
Great app with excellent support
We are very satisfied with this app. The communication with the support team is excellent and very fast — they are always helpful and willing to assist.
The app offers a wide variety of widgets that can be easily placed in many different locations across the store, which gives a lot of flexibility. Email settings are also very well designed, clear, and easy to customize.
Overall, a great solution that we can definitely recommend.
