So far so good with this app. I'm not at all technology minded and with the help of a you Tube video I was able set this up. I then needed some further help, so used the customer service that's available & I have to say Andrew & his colleague have been so helpful & patient.
If your a whizz you'll find this app had everything you need & you will be well away, if you're like me & not a whizz then you will still find it easy to use. Tap into the help resources that are available to help get you through it.

Liking the seamless and easy process of importing reviews. So far, it is still doing the "importing reviews" process. I want to know how long it takes for it to actually get to the website...

After importing reviews from a third party, our app will take about 10 minutes to update and publish all reviews to your store.
