After trying multiple review apps I finally found Doran, and it was a perfect fit for my store, and it's probably a perfect fit for you too!

Being able to import reviews from other platforms is an excellent feature that works so much better than I initially expected.
Since I sell a lot on Ebay, it's really nice to be able to share the reviews from there in my Shopify store so that customers know what to expect from my products.

The app offers alot of customiziable widgets which allows you to integrate it basicly however you want in your store.

Everything is pretty straight forward, so I haven't felt the need to use their support (yet), but they seem very keen to help you out if you where to need it.

Fantastic app! If customer has a question while on a Product page, they can email us directly from that page, thus eliminating customer from leaving a Product page to find our Contact Us button. Customers staying on a Product page - studying a sellers product/offer while being able to easily ask seller a question which builds trust so If I could rate 10 stars I would. I have tested a lot of review apps since 2019, and this is my favorite one. It does everything that premium apps do, but for free!? I installed it on all my stores, and I will replace Loox with Doran on this store very soon.
