I have been wanting to add this feature to my website for a very long time, I added it a few months ago but found the app so complicated to use and ended up giving up on it. Today, I came on here absolutely determined to make it work and I'm almost there...
I have to be honest though if the help team weren't so quick and available to help, I probably would have given up again as the app is actually pretty confusing to use. I am fluent in all adobe software so I'm pretty good with stuff like this but I don't why I found this app so confusing and difficult.
I think the app is FULL of potential, it just isn't 100% there yet - it isn't as user-friendly as I would have liked it to be but I am still giving it five stars as the team has been absolutely incredible and have answered SO many questions on the live chat.

We were looking to be able to customize our hint card so that we could have additional fields for our customers to fill out and this worked out great for us. We love that we can now also have a customized closing page with marketing content. The support team was extremely responsive and helpful in migrating us from v1 to 2.0. Appreciate their help and guidance throughout the process. Hoping that 2.0 will be a better experience for us and our customers.

So far so good... am just going through the install process but it seems to be easy to set up, excited to see if we get many conversions using this tool.

The app team on this app is so incredibly helpful. The admin isn't the most intuitive and the help documents don't really exist but the team that supports this app more than makes up for anything that is missing. The chat feature is crucial and the team is extremely responsive. I had a lot of specific requirements for this feature and they went above and beyond to help me create the desired experience for our brand. I'm excited to introduce this new revenue stream to our site.

Seems great so far! Just set it up and people are sending hints. We haven't had any conversions yet, but hopefully soon

This is my first day using this app and loving the ability to customize! I needed some help with fonts and the card, and they responded immediately. I'm currently chatting with Marc, and he's been so helpful.
