The app is not working properly. I am unable to log in, and it is really slow. Every time I need to use it, I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It's a nightmare to use, and you have to pay for it. If it worked well, I wouldn't mind paying, even though it is an expensive app. But paying for something that I can't use properly and is so slow is a big NO.

Support isnt replying i have been emailing them about cash on delivery method in UAE and how long it takes to get the payment if its cash on delivery ??
Support replied me and gave me additional two months free access to dropast
Support response time is very poor and did not refund and charged 52$ i dont understand why they dont respond on time and charging alot
Chat responded and gave me a refund it took some time because of chinese holidays
