Disappointing Experience and Unacceptable Support

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DropMagic. I worked with Cedric to address issues with my app, but tech support (Loui) took 16 days to send a initial, vague response stating they were working on it.

Due to the excessive delays and lack of updates, I was forced to request a refund. Despite this experience, I offered them a second opportunity to resolve the issue, but the service remained unacceptable. When I raised these concerns, Cedric cited being a "small company" as the reason for the delay. While I understand the challenges of running a small business, it does not justify inadequate communication or failing to honor commitments.

DropMagic needs to significantly improve its customer service and operational efficiency. I cannot recommend their services.

Merci aux membres de l'équipe de Dropmagic pour cet outil fantastique, qui fait économiser un temps de fou et simplifie tellement la conception et le suivi de ma boutique ... merci particulier à Cédric qui m'a rapidement et gentiment résolu un petit bug, les mails ne semblent pas générés par des IAs, c'est des vraies réponses humaines et ça c'est un plus non négligeable...

Cedric was helpful for me problem solving the issues I was having! He went above and beyond making sure that I would be able to use the app in the best way. Very nice and respectful. I look forward to seeing how well this works moving forward!
