Dropmagic: AI Store Builder

The app is a little confusing to use at first if you try going at it alone but if you watch the tutorial videos, the app is awesome. Customer service is on another level as well and Cédric spoke with me for multiple days until we figured out what was wrong and of course user error lol. Awesome job peeps!

10/10 customer service from cedric. Uploads to shopify and store generation are very quick but the editability of all aspects could be better.

Started out as a great way to build my store. But started having bugs and issues, the help team is VERY slow to respond. They took weeks to even attempt to send the issue to "engineering" where I received no response after multiple attempts to figure out a solution. I have since stopped using this app for my store, while they continue to try and charge me.

We’ve had a really great experience with this app and the team behind it. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into building something that genuinely helps merchants improve their conversion rates — it’s not just another plug-and-play tool, it actually makes a difference. The features are well designed, easy to use, and integrate smoothly into our workflow. What stood out the most, though, is the level of support. The team is responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure users succeed. A special shoutout to Cédric, who has been incredibly supportive throughout. Loic is brilliant! I'm not an IT literate and whenever I have an issue he is always there and helps me immediately. I love this app, it makes my life a lot easier. 100% recommended for people like me who doesn't like or don't have time for coding.

I tried Dropmagic to quickly generate product page designs and AI content for my Shopify store. The concept is very good and it can save a lot of time when testing new products and layouts.

In my case, it wasn’t the right fit for my current workflow, but the product itself has strong potential and is clearly built with ecommerce in mind.
