Started out as a great way to build my store. But started having bugs and issues, the help team is VERY slow to respond. They took weeks to even attempt to send the issue to "engineering" where I received no response after multiple attempts to figure out a solution. I have since stopped using this app for my store, while they continue to try and charge me.
Please be careful when buying a subscription, I attempted to cancel and they still billed me the $55 despite me contacting them to cancel 2 weeks ago. I also uninstalled the app too and they still billed me.
I've had to cancel my card to avoid another payment next month.
My experience has been terrible. Support is not replying to my support requests. There is a bug with my add to cart button. It's been 6 days and it's still not working and i can't get an answer from support.
