My experience has been terrible. Support is not replying to my support requests. There is a bug with my add to cart button. It's been 6 days and it's still not working and i can't get an answer from support.
Je viens tout juste de commencer à utiliser l’application et, jusqu’ici, tout me convient parfaitement.
La prise en main est rapide, l’interface est intuitive et bien pensée, ce qui permet de s’y retrouver facilement dès le début. Je n’ai rencontré aucun blocage pour le moment, tout fonctionne de manière fluide.
Les fonctionnalités, notamment les options premium, sont vraiment intéressantes et apportent une vraie valeur ajoutée.
Globalement, je m’en sors très bien avec l’application et l’expérience est très positive jusqu’à présent.
10/10 customer service from cedric. Uploads to shopify and store generation are very quick but the editability of all aspects could be better.
We’ve had a really great experience with this app and the team behind it. You can tell a lot of care and thought has gone into building something that genuinely helps merchants improve their conversion rates — it’s not just another plug-and-play tool, it actually makes a difference. The features are well designed, easy to use, and integrate smoothly into our workflow. What stood out the most, though, is the level of support. The team is responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure users succeed. A special shoutout to Cédric, who has been incredibly supportive throughout. His help and attention to detail made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this app to anyone looking to boost their store’s performance. Definitely a 5
Merci aux membres de l'équipe de Dropmagic pour cet outil fantastique, qui fait économiser un temps de fou et simplifie tellement la conception et le suivi de ma boutique ... merci particulier à Cédric qui m'a rapidement et gentiment résolu un petit bug, les mails ne semblent pas générés par des IAs, c'est des vraies réponses humaines et ça c'est un plus non négligeable...
Cedric was helpful for me problem solving the issues I was having! He went above and beyond making sure that I would be able to use the app in the best way. Very nice and respectful. I look forward to seeing how well this works moving forward!
