Ordered a batch for a brand launch. Medium black hoodies. What arrived? X-Large navy blue. Supplier said "we fix next time." Next time? This WAS launch. DropSure verified every item against the order sheet before shipping. Basic thing but apparently rare in POD. Not a single wrong-item complaint since switching.

run a print on demand store alongside my regular dropshipping catalog and DropSure handles both really well under one roof. The branding customization options are better than I expected — custom inserts, branded packaging, the works.
