The app is easy to use and the customer support is great. I have run into several issues with the function of it and was confused a lot along the way, luckly I had help support. The quoting process is really confusing on this app and you can't see the cogs of your product from aliexpress untill a purchase is made, which takes another 2-3 days.
I still learning about dropshipping and so far, so good with help from the Dropsure Customer Service. I am using different dropshipping portals and Dropsure is the best of far in comparison to the other portals. My only concern is that I hope their product selection process could be better, but again I am having a pleasurable experience with them.
I strongly recommend them to optimize the page, because when I first entered the platform, I had no idea how to operate it and there is no guidance... which wasted a lot of my time. Fortunately, my agent was very patient and helped me a lot. I am really grateful to Christi.

Their eam is so helpful. Negan and Anna dont leave me hanging or confused, and they carefully follow each ticket I opened, it helps so much on the journal of building my e-commerce business. I want to say thank you to them.
I was recommended by one of my friends, to be honest it's not bad, several of their employees are working with me. If I have a problem they can help us fast, hope they can keep the speed of solving the problems.

An outstanding competitor to CJ with much lower prices & fast fulfillment times,I was originally approached on WhatsApp by one of their agents and they have been very good to me. If you are starting with dropshipping I highly recommend Dropsure as they have much lower prices & source faster if you contact your agent.
