I'm paying too much money all the time... They're not providing service... We've been emailing for 15 days... I barely got them to lower the package... They charged me half the service fee... They charged me a high service fee of 199 euros... It's a total rip-off.
Thank you for your review, and I’m genuinely sorry to hear you feel this way.
To clarify, the €199 charge was for Express Onboarding, which was selected during signup together with your other services. We delivered the Express Onboarding as ordered, and your onboarding was completed accordingly.
That said, we understand this may have been selected by mistake. Even though the service had already been provided, we still refunded the Express Onboarding fee as a goodwill gesture.
We also downgraded your subscription plan as requested, credited the difference, and removed the late payment fee from the invoice that had become overdue.
If anything still appears unclear or incorrect on your account, we’d be happy to review it again with you directly.
We have been using EAS's services for a few years now. Their systems work flawlessly, and the customer services is fantastic. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.

EAS has helped simply something that would otherwise be a lot of hassle. I am suprised by how prompt and helpful responses are from Teemu and team. Even with the introduction of U.S. tariffs, EAS Project have made sure our taxes are set up properly. Shopify should really offer its own IOSS service, but as they dont EAS Project are the only service we would use to make taxes a EU breeze. - Allan

Only thing is I wish that it was a bit easier and cheaper to pay via paypal - I get many orders via paypal and converting currency many times is expensive. But that's more of a paypal issue I guess.
Working with EAS has been fantastic. They feel like a small team but deliver first class service even to a small player like us. Attentive, responsive and easy to deal with, I don't know how we would have navigated the EU and UK taxes without them.
Positives:
System works well and integrates nicely with Shopify. Customer support is good.
Negatives:
Be aware that EAS charge hefty fees for delayed payment (11% interest + late payment fee). You get 10 days to pay after receiving the monthly invoice. I have had some issues with bank transfers arriving late (e.g., security holds pending documentation) and if this happens it can cost you a lot. You can pay using a payment link but EAS charge an additional 3% if you use that. Also bear in mind if you do happen to have very low sales in any month, the cost of the service per order will be high (e.g., 79 euro monthly fee with 10 EU sales = 7.90 euro per order).

If you have lower monthly sales, the Starter plan at €19.90/month includes 15 transactions and may be a better fit. Changes made before the 25th apply to the next month.
We are very ambitious about our service, and your feedback helps us improve. I would also like to explain why we handle certain matters the way we do.
You have been with us for a while, and we value that relationship. Based on that trust, we have often paid your EU taxes on time even before receiving your payment to protect you from potentially severe penalties across multiple member states. For context, Finland alone charges €45 per late payment. Our late interest rate (11% p.a.) and flat late fee reflect the real risk and workload we assume on your behalf.
Bank transfers in the SEPA area are generally fast. However, if you experience bank-related delays (e.g., security checks or documentation holds), please let us know, we are happy to waive any late fees caused by such issues, as long as we are informed.
We recommend using SEPA transfers where possible, as they are typically free or very low-cost. Credit card payments via Revolut incur a 3% fee, which we unfortunately cannot absorb, as tax authorities do not allow those charges to be deducted from the taxes collected.
