Unfortunately this app was not as user friendly as I would've hoped.
I originally paid $179 for a year's subscription, but after realizing it wasn't going to work out, I reached out to the company and was told they'd refund me. They did not. Months later I got an email saying the app had been updated, so I gave it another chance, but the app was still underwhelming and unusable. I contacted the company again and after much back and forth, FINALLY got a refund for the $30. It was only after leaving this review that they acknowledged their error and refunded the additional $150 in hopes that I would change my review.
To be clear, I subscribed to the app based on what the previews showed and to get full access to all features. That's why I spent the money - but then was entirely disappointed.

Our refund policy is here and very clear: https://easycatalog.com/policy. You can ask for a refund, but you will be charged the full price for the time you use the application. Annual plans are discounted by 50%, and in case of a refund, you must pay the full price of the monthly subscription for the time you used the application
If the app is as bad as you said, I don't believe you will pay 180$ :) and use it for months
Anyone can test the app on the free plan, free of charge, before subscribing, and that is the reason why refunds are a rare case.
They have been great to work with! Open to suggestions and have adjusted settings and created options that better suite my catalog. The app is easy to work with if you are looking to import products and data from Shopify.
The app works as intended, and if you encounter any issues or need a feature update, the team is incredibly responsive and quick to implement improvements. Their support and commitment to continuously enhancing the app have made for a great overall experience.
