Zestard ‑ Easy Donation

We have been using this app for a while, and it is incredibly easy to use. We were experiencing some issues with the back end integration of the app with our new 3PL, and wrote in for help. The customer service team was very quick to respond, and Abhishek worked very quickly to resolve our issue. Wonderful service!

We have been running this app for a while for a non profit and it has worked out very well for us. Recently I encountered an issue after updating our theme and sent in an email for help. My situation was responded to quickly and Vivek had my issue fixed within minutes of receiving permission to collaborate with our account. Top notch service.

The customer service is great! They respond in a timely manner if I have any questions. They are also kind enough to run reports for us for when we need more info.

We wanted a donation widget to show on our cart page, as it was a .liquid page we couldn't add as a block within the theme we use. However support came back very quickly, took control and set up for us and we're now happy with how it looks on the page.

One thing we would prefer is if the widget wouldn't appear as a product to purchase but I have emailed their support now to hopefully sort out for us.

We are a non profit and use this app so that people purchasing merchandise from our online store have the option to give a donation with their purchase. The donation widget sits on the shopping cart page and has done well for us. Easy to set up and has not given us any issues. Support is also quick to respond. Highly recommend.

It was very easy to work with Abhishek and he was able to implement some custom coding for our site to match our aesthetics. It was quick customer service, quick implementation and easy to work with.
