We wanted a donation widget to show on our cart page, as it was a .liquid page we couldn't add as a block within the theme we use. However support came back very quickly, took control and set up for us and we're now happy with how it looks on the page.
One thing we would prefer is if the widget wouldn't appear as a product to purchase but I have emailed their support now to hopefully sort out for ...
