As an internal user within our company, my review is based on hands-on daily use of this app within our Shopify workflow.
Overall, the app has been very supportive and is well integrated with Shopify, within the limitations of the platform. Henry has been attentive, responsive, and open to feedback, actively listening to companies and working to incorporate requested enhancements into the app.
Within Shopify orders, the app makes refund processing management very efficient. It also provides the ability to set refund amounts and send them directly to customers. While Shopify’s limitations around code access still require some manual documentation, the process is still streamlined and easy to manage.
That said, the iziGift app does allow direct access to gift card codes when they are issued through the app rather than through an order. This eliminates the need for manual tracking or recording of codes, which is a significant improvement in efficiency.
I am hopeful that future Shopify enhancements will provide even greater access to gift card data, allowing iziGift to further expand its integration and functionality. Overall, the app continues to show strong potential, and future updates could make it even more user-friendly and customer-focused.

Incredibly easy-to-use app and very attentive customer service. Henry is always ensuring we are completely happy with the app's functionality. Upon the request to make the time zone of the scheduled gift card delivery adjustable to the location of the store, he was quick to reply and implement the feature. Wouldn't want to use any other gift card app!

Easy to use and set up. Henry is always very helpful and responsive with tech issues, should they arise, but they are few and far between. Thank you for a great gift card app!!

We have been so pleased with this app. It's provided an exceptional solution to our issue of being unable to access gift card numbers, since we have a brick and mortar shop and don't use the Shopify POS.
