Although the app is a bit limited for manual invoices, it's perfect for webshop invoices. Their team is highly recommended, they do everything they can to tailor the app to your needs. Highly recommended!
Invoice templates are sharp and professional, LOVE being able to send the PDF version to wholesale customers right from the order page AND they can access from their account if logged into Shopify. Customer support is top notch and timely. Highly recommend if trying to add the wholesale management to your platform basic Shopify plan.
I tried at least 5 apps and nobody was able to help me except Softify. I had a delicate problem with language translations of items in invoice and Anthony from Softify helped me with it. Thanks a lot. Great work.

Softify syncs very well with Shopify, updating refunds and any order amendments. Would highly recommend it as an easy to set up tool.
