Super easy to install and use. Very versatile, and their how-to docs got me creating and embedding custom tags into my cart in no time. Their support is top-notch! I inquired about a feature/function and not only did they get right back to me, they were able to create a solution to my issue in record time. Very highly recommended!

Excellent tagging application and one of the cheapest I've tried. Customer support is not available online as usual via chat, but always responds within a maximum of 48 hours by email.

I've had this app for many, many years, and it's still going strong. Most importantly, the dev team is extremely responsive and receptive; sometimes, they will reply and apply requested changes in less than a day. They seem to genuinely care about the user experience, and this app alone is so smart in today's world of automation and it will literally allow you to build and automate your way through Shopify. Easy Tagging has been supporting our website since it was created. It allows us to tag customers via orders which opens up member content. Reliable and well priced. We love it.

Once you understand how it works, will be one of your favorite app! Absolutely useful!

Love the interface and the rules, but at the end of the day there are often times when it doesn't trigger when it's supposed to. I use this to push different orders to different 3pls and when it's not reliable there are many issues. Unless they can get reliability up I'm currently looking to find another tag app, but may all tag apps have this issue.

So many options makes tagging our orders for packing so much easier as we can tag by international, drop ship, VIP, orders with notes and more
