Die Shopify-Integration von Easybill hat ein ernstes Problem bei nachträglich bearbeiteten Bestellungen: Wird eine Bestellung in Shopify editiert (z.B. Produkt A gegen Produkt B getauscht), überträgt Easybill nicht den finalen Rechnungsbetrag, sondern summiert alle zwischenzeitlichen Order-Adjustments mit. Konkret: Produkt A (100 €) wird durch Produkt B (200 €) ersetzt – Easybill erstellt eine Rechnung über 300 € statt korrekter 200 €.

Die Ursache liegt in der API-Auswertung: Easybill liest offenbar nicht ausschließlich die finalen `line_items` und den `current_total_price`, sondern zieht zusätzlich die `order_adjustments` aus der Shopify API – und summiert beides. Das ist ein Bug. Eine korrekte Integration sollte ausschließlich den finalen Bestellzustand auswerten.

Den Support habe ich kontaktiert – leider ohne Ergebnis. Nur der Hinweis, dass es nicht möglich ist... andere Apps wie simple Invoice oder BillBee können das. Vielleicht fehlt da aber einfach auch der Wille?

Für einen produktiven Einsatz ist das inakzeptabel, da jede korrigierte Bestellung zu einer falschen Rechnung führt. Wer Bestellungen nachträglich in Shopify häufiger bearbeitet, sollte das vor dem Kauf wissen.

Die beste und schnellste Option für korrekte Rechnungen, Import im Nachinein kostenlos (nicht wie bei Lexoffice und co.), Integration funktioniert perfekt, OSS, Kleinunternehmerregelung, alles kein Problem. Unbedingt das Setup Gespräch machen mit Easybill, danach ist alles einwandfrei importiert und aufgesetzt! Gesamter Arbeitsaufwand mit Import max. 1-2 Stunden. Sehr zufrieden mit Leistung und Support!
