This app is not adding standard shipping while checking out. i have installed this app and placed some test orders but it is not adding my standard shipping when i place order. Please fix this issue.

Hi there,

Thank you for your review. Please let me explain. Our app is designed to bypass complicated Shopify checkout in case you just need simplified order form and don't need to collect payments online. Our app allows to create orders even with one single email field only!

To calculate Shipping fees Shopify is using a lot of data that we should collect from the customer - complete shipping address at least. Sometimes that's even not enough - depending on how complex shipping zone rules you've created. I.e if we'll be using shipping zones you set up in your shop settings, we'll need to collect all the same data as Shopify does in their native checkout, i.e. we'll have the same long form with a lot of fields, which we were going to actually avoid with our app.

But right now we're working on the new feature that will allow you to add flat shipping rate to your form with our app. It won't be as flexible as shipping zones in Shopify native checkout, but you could set flat shipping rate and minimal order amount eligible for free shipping. New version will be released within 1-2 weeks, and our support team will let you know once that functionality will be available.

Be careful, this app leaves residual codes when you remove it from your store. spent hours trying to get my buttons back !

Thank you for your review and we're really sorry about all the troubles caused. You could disable the app in the Installation section before removal to make sure app will clean up all its code from your theme. We're now working on the new version of the app that won't change the theme at all, and it will be released shortly.
