Easy to use and installed it in just a few minutes. Tried other 2 apps and this one does the job that should do and quite happy with it. Will install it on our other stores aswell.

Has proven to be a very helpful tool to use to engage with customer. Really awesome to be able to quickly give customers feedback or updates on orders and products .
