I installed the app when it was free, and the core features were not available at that time. However, once they gained users, they suddenly introduced a price for existing customers and added core features like volume bundle and BOGO. This approach is not fair. New features should be communicated in advance to users. It’s not the right way to treat existing customers. Otherwise, the theme you’ve created is good, and the support team responds promptly, but the treatment of existing customers leaves much to be desired.

Maria here - Customer Success Manager from EcomRise. Thank you for your feedback about our pricing & I can totally understand your feeling. Actually the core feature: Product Bundles is available on our Free plan plus many other extensions you can use. All you got for free is keeping free no matter how we change the pricing. We kept our promise.

Later on, when there are more requests from users, we develop other upsell functions. The paid plan is introduced since those require more cost to maintain the app and customer service 24/7. We cannot live by free plan, I hope you understand this as you're also doing business.
