EcomRise: Upsell & Bundles

I am using the Kalles theme, and have to say the EcomRise customer support is second to none. Lina and her team is always helping me out promptly and efficiently. She replies to my queries professionally and patiently, always being supportive and reassuring. I am very happy with the EcomRise and would recommend to anyone building and customising the Kales Theme.

Elise was very helpful and nice when helping us fix our volume discount bundle. Great app, 5 stars!

The customer support team is responsive and effective in communication, helping to resolve issues efficiently. However, the app itself could be further optimized to make the setup process more user-friendly and convenient for merchants. With some improvements, it could be even better!

Very Great app, nice support and also very nice features

It's not the first time I've worked with EComposer and every time I'm convinced - it's one of the best visual editors for Shopify. The interface is user-friendly, flexible, a lot of ready-made templates, everything is intuitive.

I especially want to mention the support - it's just at the highest level! Support guys answer quickly, politely and really help to solve any questions

To start? Not good at all. But then I went to the support and I started the chat with a monologue, no, a full-blown tirade of frustration, and Andrew took it all in his stride.

In fact, he said he liked it, which honestly raises some concerns about his well-being, but let’s focus on the positives.

His patience? Absolutely God-like. I was ready to throw in the towel, demand a refund, and set fire to the whole thing (metaphorically, of course), but he stuck with me through it all.

Not only was he incredibly quick, but when I wasn’t, he never rushed me... just calmly waited, ready to help the moment I was back. That level of patience deserves either a massive bonus or a therapy session, possibly both.

Long story short: Andrew is an absolute asset to the company.

However it would be far simpler and make everyone’s lives easier if there were really clear, well-structured instructions from the start. Right now, all the work is being dumped onto these poor, unsuspecting souls like Andrew, who are left to deal with confused and frustrated customers when ***a few solid tutorials*** could have saved them the headache.

The company shouldn’t just rely on them to shield the business from customer frustration... they deserve actual support themselves.

So, perhaps the head office should show the support team some support for once. Just a thought.

With great pleasure and joy, I want to give a great evaluation for the EcomRise application. It is really a very good application. I wanted to update my theme via the app, and it took only minutes and a few clicks on the button.

The support team is wonderful! I spoke with them, and they answered me and helped me within a few seconds. I thank them very much, especially Jad from the support team. My greetings to them, and I thank them again.

I highly recommend this application because it is very useful. It offers many features to increase sales and improve several aspects of the store. I highly recommend it with all sincerity.
