Cart Pencil

Cart Pencil is a perfect app for my store, since many of my products have variations and the ability to edit in the cart is important. I recently needed support and Harun was great to work with to resolve the issue quickly. I've been using this app for years and highly recommend it!

Great app and it works exactly as we needed it to! It was really easy to set up and use and excellent customer service! We requested a change to the of the spacing of the buttons they were quick to sort and adjust it for us! Thank you Riya for all your help and we look forward to continue using this app!

This is an update in 2026 to a previous review in 2019. We recently updated our website and a lot of code had to be edited - Yashika at Cart Pencil helped us straight away with some complicated changes, and we couldn't be happier! Yashika really is a wonderful professional and so knowledgeable and helpful - it really helps having direct support. 7 years using this app and it's still the best, thank you so much! 2019 review: What a brilliant app! This is something we have needed for absolutely ages, but couldn't find any app that would solve the issue we had! We sell personalised products, and customers often need to edit their cart before checkout, especially when ordering in bulk. As customers were not able to, we were experiencing a lot of abandoned checkouts, however, Cart Pencil have solved this issue! I had a bit of difficulty installing the app, as I am not very technically minded, but Dhruvi was in contact straight away and fixed it within a matter of hours for us! We have already had a customer state that the cart is much easier to use! Thank you so much to Dhruvi and Cart Pencil, we LOVE this app!

The app doesn't work well. chatting with their support for last 3 days and still have the same issue. The upgrade option and Change link doesn't show in their app. Very disappointed.

I found my store needs a tool to edit variants on cart page very much. Cart Pencil meets my demand perfectly. And the team help me very well, fix an issue fastly. Best wish for them.

Sold by the idea of the app that allowed customers the flexibility to edit product variants without having to leave the cart page. Dhruvi was responsive and helpful in making style adjustments so that it would display seamlessly. Great tool for any fledging ecommerce business that is looking to improve and streamline online user experience. Thank you!

We have a custom theme which we were worried would cause some issues installing this app. But after we reached out to their support to see if it was possible to install this app and move forward their team was great! Best customer-service and knowledgeable staff we have encountered. They worked with our team on testing app on our Dev site and once we approved they added code to our live site. Great App & The best customer-service!! Mahalo!
