We sell premium gift-ready skincare, and customers often reach out right after placing an order to update an address, swap a product, or add a gift message. Editly has been a lifesaver - it lets our customers self-edit their orders without flooding our support inbox. Our team loves it and so do our customers. The customer service is extremely responsive.

The app is very easy to set up and customise to suit your needs. There are plenty of options available, allowing you to choose what customers can and can’t edit, as well as how things like small additional charges and refunds are handled.

We haven’t had any customers use it yet, so we can’t comment on how much time it will save in practice. However, if customers do start making use of it, it should save us a good amount of time, particularly when it comes to managing address changes.

Excellent app and outstanding support!

We were looking for a self-service order cancellation solution for a client store with some very specific requirements, including:

* Order cancellation from both the Order Status page and Customer Account Order History page.
* A configurable cutoff time that allows merchants to define order cancellation availability based on their business requirements.
* Automatic refund support.

The Editly team was extremely responsive throughout the process. We received all the features we required, and for the remaining requirements, their development team quickly reviewed our requests and implemented the necessary enhancements in a very short timeframe.

A special thanks to Paresh and the team for their excellent communication, technical support, and willingness to improve the app based on real merchant needs. Their responsiveness and commitment to customer success have been impressive.

The app is easy to configure, the functionality is clear, and the support experience has been one of the best I've had with a Shopify app.

Highly recommended for merchants looking to offer self-service order editing and cancellation features to their customers.

Great for what you get free of charge. This can help reduce customer support. Features are vast and all can be administered easily. Only points are in the cutoff times it would be great if you could also adjust the weekday itself because many sellers do not need to have cutoff times siwtched on on weekends as orders are being collected until Monday mornings e.g. And if you use a customer account app such as Customer Hub or similar it would be great to havea possibility for integrations as well.

Good app. This is a real problem when we need to update the customer address when they have selected incorrect address and then we get RTO.
