We've been using the chatbot built by this team and it has genuinely transformed the way we handle customer service. I'd give it a 10/10 without hesitation.
Before the bot, our team was stretched thin trying to keep up with customer enquiries. Now, it handles FAQs automatically and is available 24/7 meaning our customers get instant responses at any time of the day, even outside of business hours. The reduction in response times has been noticeable and our customers have felt it too.
It is highly configurable and we can add all our specific questions and curate the answers based on our brands tone. It genuinely resolves queries efficiently, which has taken a huge load off our customer service team and freed them up to focus on more complex issues.
