Thank you for your feedback. From our side, your store has only used the free 300 verification credits and has not processed anywhere near 10,000 emails, so the numbers mentioned in the review don’t match the actual usage. Out of those 300 emails, ~92% were marked as deliverable, which is a strong and expected result.
