out of 10k customers only 1500 Verified customers ? makes no sense

From our side, your store has only used the free 300 verification credits and has not processed anywhere near 10,000 emails, so the numbers mentioned in the review don’t match the actual usage. Out of those 300 emails, ~92% were marked as deliverable, which is a strong and expected result.
