ShipCancel has successfully solved an annoying problem we had at ROLI. Previously, customers could only cancel orders after checkout with our manual intervention in ShipBob and a support ticket raised. ShipCancel handles this whole process automatically. It adds a countdown timer on the Order Status page, which once clicked checks ShipBob first, cancels the shipment if it’s still possible, then cancels the order and refunds the customer in Shopify. It’s early days but it’s working exactly as expected and has already saved us time. It’s super simple to configure and the installation instructions are clear. Recommended for any Shopify merchants using ShipBob.
