Great support and super easy to set up! We literally spent 5 minutes and we were all set with the Pixel. Oftentimes times, when setting up new software, the onboarding is slow this exceeds my expectations. Additionally, we have seen a huge lift in only 3 weeks thousands in recovered revenue and customer data.

The app works really well. The only downside it that you will need to use 2 platforms (emotive and wisepop) and that can get confusing. The team at emotive is really helpful.
THEY WILL LOCK YOU INTO AN AUTORENEWING 12 MONTH CONTRACT WITH CONFUSING CANCELATION RULES (The most expensive rate on the market)
Go with klaviyo, omnisend, attentive, or a slew of other better priced and more user friendly options
Worst experience using a software I've ever had.
We had a year long contract with them beginning in January '23 and as December rolled around we decided to start split testing a few different SMS platforms and ended up deciding to stick with Omnisend.
I let emotive know and they told me since I didnt give them a 30 day notice prior to our CONVERSION DATE (November 22), which is nowhere in the contract whatsoever that my contract was going to renew for another 12 months automatically.
After asking them to work with me for a week they told me im just going to have to continue paying the $3,000 monthly to them until another year rolls around.
BEWARE of this shady company
We started using Emotive to communicate directly to our customers, exactly where they are (on their phones). The price is higher than others, however great service & support and a very helpful onboarding process. Additionally their creative team assists in coming up with copy, when we're stuck or slow. Great value!
I find this app fairly user friendly! It is easy to segment lists and I love the test feature. I recommend it to anyone looking to use a SMS platform for their business.
Have been with Emotive for 2 years now, really like their hands of support approach. Also, the ability to use a normal phone number vs. short code is huge for a personal touch to the brand. Overall really solid experience!

You guys have really created an excellent product and have a great support team. Easy to use and very intuitive.
PREDITORY CONTRACT, DO NOT USE. This app does work well but if you are not aware of their exact contract terms you are screwed. They give no notice of contract auto renews and then offer not solutions on breaking it early. We are obligated to buy out the full contract or keep using this stupid and expensive service.
When they schedule you for monthly "meetings" all they do is try to sell you on the other platforms they have and try to sell you on sending 2 messages a week, to make them more $.
