Great support. very responsive. they were able to fix the various issues we were experiencing on the product page tables.

Didn't work.

When we did receive the response, the tech support guy was somewhat nice, until he asked us if he could fix our problem with the app not working the next day because "He was very tired."
Now... that's what he said when we had traffic running.
He said he fixed it, still didn't display on our site with a free theme.
Part 2.
We installed the app and only had
2 DAYS then uninstalled because- It didn't work.
So guess what happened next?
We got billed for a free trial when we only had for 2 days.
Reached out to support about the charge and they told us to contact Shopify for the refund because it's up to them basically.
Reached out to Shopify support and sent them a screenshot of the conversation. They had to send a ticket to Thimatic.
Will never invest in another app from this company

Completely unacceptable and ridiculous
It's great to add lots of discounts and if you have a few live, the layout would work well. If you have only a few discounts on not all all products, then I am not sure it would work well. We like to offer a free gift with orders (which this app allows - yey!) but it only shows at checkout if you click a link and if you have a minimum order requirement, it doesn't really let the customer know why it didn't work.
Had to contact support and they were very helpful and quick
the basics of the app does not help at all. It does not make sense to offer making sale % on one product only!
I installed the app at the beginning, but I can’t use it. I contacted the customer service. The customer service helped me solve the problem very carefully. Now it can be used normally.

Still on the free trial but will definitely upgrade !!!

Not an easy set up. I paid to upgrade the app to have quick tech support but it takes hours to get any help bc of the time difference (im central time). But they tried to help & the app just didnt meet my needs. Doesnt allow tiered discounts on the total amount spent & thats what a lot of shopify customers need it seems by reading reviews & forums.
