Batch import doesn't work! Contacted customer service twice but got no response! Terrible experience!

I only received two emails asking me to leave a review, but no help with my issue. Today, I was charged $19, and I'm extremely unhappy with this experience. The app's functionality is poor, and the lack of customer support makes it even worse. Do not recommend!

After I downloaded 10 items it stopped working and asked me to verify my account via the email they sent. Problem is that I never received the email. I reached out to support three times and was not responded to effectively.

Additionally, the prices of the items were set to zero. There was nowhere in the settings to help problem solve this error.

I really wanted to be able to use this app. It was easy to start with but then it stopped.

Perfect app. Just what I needed to bridge the gap between my Amazon products and my Shopify Store.
