Disappointed with the experience
We’ve faced multiple issues with this service. First, **GST invoices are not provided**, even after multiple follow-ups — a basic requirement for any business in India.
There have been instances where **shipments were not picked up, yet we were still billed**, and when questioned, we were told to pay now and the amount would be "adjusted" in the next month. That’s not how billing should work. **Some shipments were even billed twice**, and we were asked to pay for both.
Customer support is almost always unavailable or claims that the accountant is on leave — so nothing ever gets resolved on time.
The **Zoho integration is buggy**, and we see frequent **errors in invoice totals**. For example, in our setup with Shopify > Zoho > Envia, if a Sales Order contains 2 units of a product priced at ₹100 each (total ₹200), Envia sometimes calculates it as **₹200 x 2**, leading to inflated charges. The system clearly fails to read line-item pricing correctly.
Overall, a frustrating experience. Needs serious improvements in both support and billing accuracy.
Es una excelente plataforma para mis envíos a todo México, súper práctica y fácil de usar, lo que más me gusta de esta plataforma es que para cada cuenta de empresa tenemos un ejecutivo que nos apoya en todo, en mi caso especial la ejecutiva Michelle Salinas es súper atenta y me ayuda en todo lo que necesito para tener la mejor experiencia en envia.
Se me hace una buena plataforma, fácil de manejar.
El apoyo técnico es bueno, solo tener mejor cobertura en algunas zonas, ya que hemos querido mandar laguna tarima a una sucursal de estafeta que sabemos que recibe ocurre en volumen pero en la plataforma no nos da esa opción :(-
