Don't be fooled by all the 5-star reviews you see on Shopify (or Trustpilot).

I don't know how they managed to get them, but based on my experience, I highly doubt they are legitimate.

Basically, if you have a problem with your orders (processing time, for example), you'll find the service to be completely mediocre.

Orders waiting to be processed for a month (in the middle of the Christmas season... help!)
The person who is supposed to be my account manager doesn't respond to my numerous messages. And the other person in customer service only knows how to give you generic answers (it's being processed, it's in progress... same answer after several messages), which don't help you deal with your customers' frustration.

Getting a refund is a real battle.

I'm trying products made directly in the US to see if they are treated better than those from China.

PS: the quality is okay... nothing more.

I ordered samples for my brand and I am extremely disappointed.

Material: The fabric is extremely thin and cheap. It becomes see-through when stretched (especially the hoodies). It feels like low-budget plastic, not clothing.

Sizing: The joggers are way oversized and the fit is completely off.

Print Quality: I ordered a tank top and half of the print was missing/cut off. If you are building a serious brand, look elsewhere. This quality is unacceptable for retail.

Great quality shirts and very smooth transaction. The fabric feels nice, and the prints turned out exactly how we wanted for our merchandise. Will definitely order again!

Great customer service! Wendy responded promptly, and they do their best to solve any problems. I would have given 5 stars, but unfortunately, their fonts are basic, and there is not much to choose from compared to Canva. They should add more on-demand materials. Otherwise, great company.

Large selection of products. The printing is excellent. Integration with shopify is easy and fast. Branding opportunity. Customer service excellent. If they are not online they always follow up via email. If there is one thing I hope they can improve is the sewing bit as sometimes missing stitches and hanging threads can be seen. Quality check before sending can help all this. This will help us to ensure quality is guaranteed when products are being send to our customers. Besides that they are really lovely people willing to help.

Muy mala experiencia con esta plataforma. Hicimos un pedido de prueba de varios modelos de zapatillas deportivas diseñados para nuestra marca. Al margen de que la calidad de los materiales no son los mejores (las imágenes virtuales mienten), las impresiones estaban mal ubicadas, con logotipos impresos del revés, incluso, y otros pegados a las suelas, cuando en el diseño no estaban así. Y baja calidad de impresión en otros, con letras que no se leen bien. La respuesta fue que el proveedor lo hace así y que el error fue nuestro porque elegimos un modelo de espejo, algo que no especifican bien en la web y no queda nada claro. Se han lavado las manos y tras un gasto de más de 150 euros en la prueba, nos ofrecen 5 euros para próximas compras. Si inkedjoy pretende competir así con otras compañías en el mercado POD van por mal camino. Mala experiencia que no sé volverá a repetir.

Once again, Wendy and the Inked Joy team has helped me to quickly and efficiently moved all of my products from one of my stores(Etsy) to another (Shopify), saving me countless hours of time.
