Pretty easy to set up, so far we haven't had any issues. I love how clean the UI is too. Some things I'd like to see in the future could be further customisation on tiers and maybe adding an incentive after x amount of orders, but everything is really smooth
Some features haven't been built out yet which I hope will come along (searching members by first AND last name; sorting members by number of points or orders; seeing more Member Activity history than the 7 most recent events; hard to identify/view members' points redemption events).
