Revoq ‑ EU Withdrawal Button

Very quick and easy set up - everything works as it should. We sell digital products which are instantly fulfilled and downloaded, so this is a bit of a waste of time, but at least we're compliant.

App works exactly as it should! We do not do a lot of business in the EU- but this was a very easy solution to continue offering our goods to the EU! Highly recommend if you want a free and easy way to remain compliant.

I just installed Revoq on two of our Shopify sites running in Debut. Revoq's customer support was both excellent and timely, and their on-line documentation walked me through the four or five steps to get Revoq running in a matter of minutes. One of my concerns was us being compliant by the deadline and Revoq's support got me there with time to spare! I'm a very happy camper!! I wish I could give them SIX stars!!!

Easy to set up and works as described. The free plan covers the essential EU withdrawal process. The form matched the order correctly, sent confirmation to the customer, and notified us immediately. Multilingual setup also worked well.

So far this is working perfectly to comply with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, in a easy and smooth way. Also Jonas was super nice and helped a lot with some suggestions to improve this on my store. Thank You

Sehr gute App für ein Thema, das viele Shops noch vor sich haben. Die Integration in Shopify funktioniert problemlos und die rechtlichen Anforderungen sind konsequent umgesetzt. Ganz vielen Dank auch an Jonas, der uns beim Einrichten geholfen hat. Ging alles super schnell und bei offenen Detailfragen und neuen Features wurde uns direkt geholfen. Klare Empfehlung!

Bin noch am Testen, aber die UX/UI wurde sehr einfach gehalten, was sehr gut und wichtig ist und von vielen Entwicklern ansonsten gerne vergessen wird. Das Kiss-Prinzip wurde insofern schon einmal gut umgesetzt.

Leicht zu bedienende App, die tut, was sie soll. Das Widerrufsformular ließ sich mit wenigen Klicks in meinen Shop einbinden - spart Zeit, Nerven und trägt dazu bei, den Anforderungen des Gesetzgebers zu entsprechen. Top!!
