The customer service whilst setting up my first event with the Evey app has been brilliant. Ron in particular was able to resolve an issue I was having incredibly quickly - thank you.

Easy to understand, intuitive interface, great support.

UPDATE: We have had various issues since writing this review, and we cannot get any of our issues sorted. There are limitations we are not happy with - for eg. we are not able to export a month's worth of orders - this seems like a basic function? The automated email reminders are not working with no timeframe for when this will be up and running again. We'll be lucky if its working within 12 months, as no one seems to care.

Very slow service! They charged me double for the same event. I contacted them for refund and still my problem isn't solved !!!

i installed the app, had a question, NEVER got an answer from EVEY. Reached out to Shopify, they referred me back to Evey, so basically, the run around. You are totally on your own if you use this.

In reply to the review feedback Evey left, please note, Evey did not reach out to us even after they acknowledge that we could not reach them in their review feedback. Another example of how they do not help. We really wanted to work with them but NEVER got a call or email from Evey.

Terrible experience. The app is good, but if you have questions; your event will happen first before you get an answer from them, it is so frustrating. I ended up deleting this app. And also technical issues happended, like people trying to purchase tickets from their devices and only worked on the laptop, no way! Or maybe was just me with these situations, I hope it works for others. Good luck!

We've reached out on phone and luckily were able to chat with you for almost an hour! Thanks for your time (and openness) today on our call. It was really helpful to talk through your challenges and I'm glad I was able to help you with a few items (even outside our app).

Now that we've spoken (about conflicts with some other apps you have, and potentially your theme), it seems we've ended in a good place, and will hopefully get to work with you again in Jan for your events top ensure set up of events works exactly as you expect.

This app has been a game-changer so far for our company! Prior to this, we were using Excel sheets to monitor and check in our guests with different ticket types. This caused so much confusion, frustration, and was extremely time-consuming. With Evey, all that hassle is eliminated. It's easy to create and merge existing events, upload event attendees, and customize their tickets. The Evey team is extremely helpful and responds in a timely manner to questions. I'm looking forward to trying out the check-in process at our upcoming event, but I am anticipating this will go smoothly!

Not that we hate excel (in fact, we love it), but... one of our favorite things to hear is that we've helped merchants manage events without over-reliance on spreadsheets.

They are hard to manage, scale and update. Especially in the middle of event registration!

We are so happy to have helped you, and make sure your events showed up as separate thumbnails. Also, we are even happier to help a women-run brand! 💪
