Beyond my expectations!! I'm very very happy with their customer support. Though it takes some time but I know they try their best. They care all of my questions and helped me to solve a critical issue. Even they have done many tasks by their own hand which will be a cost if you would hire someone. And Imagine all of these things I'm getting from a free subscription plan. Superb!!!

App does exactly what i need and customer support has been incredible. Highly reccomend EXPO for anyone needing to create more powerful forms for customers than Shopify has by default.

10/18/23 I love the fact that when you need assistance they are quick to help you out. I was having issues adding the options but Mia saved the day! :) Thank You so much Mia! Your Awesome! So glad I chose this app. I had spent two days trying to pick an app that would help me add the option to upload photos and names and I was having so much trouble with each one I tried. This app is great!!

同様のアプリを多数試したところ、当方で使っているテーマに対応しており、テーマを大きく汚さず、直感的に触れるのがEXPOでした。
価格も安い！

しかし、無事オンラインショップをオープンした直後（2022年10月頃）にこのアプリのバージョンが3になり、大きく仕様が変わりました。
そしてShopifyのCheckout APIがチェックアウトページで問題を引き起こし、私の行っていた独自のカスタマイズとも競合し、それまで使えていた価格追加系のオプションが使えなくなりました。

その際に色々と問い合わせたのですが、迅速で非常に真摯に対応してくださいました。
結局、ShopifyのCheckout APIが修正されない限りは、価格追加系のオプションが使えない事態にはなりましたが、このアプリ自体は良いものでサポートにも満足していたため、そのまま使用していました。
アプリの製作者は、公式コミュニティでも働きかけてくれていました。

それから半年ほど経って再度試した所、Checkout APIが改善されており、価格追加系のオプションが使えるようになりました。
ただ、軽微な不具合が残っていたので、また製作者に問い合わせたら、すぐに対応してくれました。

Great app and great service. I recommend the app. We use it to gather user details for custom products and bundles.

Amazing app with incredible features which were previously only available with paid apps. The team is also super helpful, I had a request for a feature and they implemented it in just one day.

It's a great app from really helpful developers! I found it a struggle to find a good app that adds extra fees to my products so really happy to have come across this. With so few reviews it's definitely a hidden gem and deserves more attention. I had an issue to begin with so emailed the developers and they fixed it pretty quickly (turned out a different app I installed was interfering with my checkout). To summarise; If you need an app to add optional pricing extras to your product, download this one!
