Same here - one week waiting for support response - still nothing.. and i am asking simple question - how can i add in my csv file different delivery time for some of my products.

Terrible app, horrible maintenance, after several attempts to shrink with maintenance, I had no solution or even attempt to solve the problem

It works but offers zero customization. There are better solutions out there which, granted, are not as cheap as this one.
