EZ Importer ‑ Order Importer

Importing data between 2 e-commerce sites could be a PITA, EZ Importer made it so much easier and tons less stressful. Once the data was mapped, importing data was a breeze. I love that I could buy only the credits I needed for my data and that the credits were not overpriced. Highly recommend this app for order data migration.

Major time saver. We import hundreds of orders a week from CSVs and as long as the files are formatted to map correctly, the system imports them at about 1 order every 2 seconds. If I had to import the orders manually, it would easily take 2 minutes per order.

Also must say that the customer service is great!

The EZ importer was of great assistance to me when I was transferring information from my old Shopify store to my new Shopify store. I literally could not have done this without the app so I am very grateful! Yes, it was a little bit of a learning curve, lots of reading to figure out what I may have done incorrectly when a few orders didn't import with full information. But I figured it out and my store is running smoothly. Thank you for helping me!

As part of migrating from Yahoo stores to Shopify there was a herculean task in front of us to migrate the existing orders in the way they are being displayed in Yahoo store. I looked at several apps and tested them but didn't do the job and finally ran into EZ Importer app and from the get-go, Ralph had provided excellent support. It would take sometime to get used to the way EZ Importer works by creating datamapping etc and once it's done it's a peace of cake to migrate the orders. Ralph had extended great support above and beyond from start to finish and I really appreciate it. Ralph you Rock! Keep up the good work and thanks much for putting together this app! I hope you would add the feature to migrate the tracking info too. Nevertheless, it is a fantastic app and highly recommend it.

This app has an easy to use interface. Once you get the data mapping set up, it is simple to import orders.

One downside was there was no way to pull inventory. Had to do it manually every import. After talking with Ralph, they set up a way to pull inventory automatically when you import orders. Very impressed with the customer service and attention given by Ralph.

Highly recommended if you are needing to import orders to your Shopify site.

It wasn't a straight forward process, but that was only caused because I couldn't change my files as needed. The service though was incredibly good, very patient and really willing to help with everything. In the end I was able to import our Kickstarter data exactly as we wanted it! The app itself is very good and easy to understand. I can really recommend it, especially if you need there service.

If you are migrating from another platform - hands down the best we've found. Migrating over from Shift4Shop (formally 3dcart). We already migrated our customers over using .csv file manually.

This app already has many other platforms mapped out for you, so pleasantly surprised to see ours listed. I just had to download the orders using .csv from Shift4Shop, check the mapping on the excel spreadsheet and upload it using this app.

Had 7k orders to migrate and only cost $200.00 using this app - worth every penny. Took about 3 hours total to map the fields and then migrate all the orders.

Do not hesitate to use this app - very affordable and makes migrating much easier.
