I found their pricing to be quite steep. They charge $0.75 per backorder, which can quickly add up if your business frequently deals with backorders, as mine does. This results in monthly costs soaring to $300 or $400, or even higher depending on sales spikes. When I reached out to the CEO to discuss a custom plan tailored to my business's unique needs, I was met with a curt response: either accept the high charges or find another service. Not the most accommodating approach!
We’re sorry that our pricing model wasn’t in line with your budget. However, we find it difficult to justify the 1-star review simply because a discount request was declined.
For anyone reading this, here’s the full context:
🟡 This review was left after we politely declined a request for a special discount — one that no other customer receives.
🟡 The user uninstalled Fabrikatör on the 4th day of their 14-day free trial, without exploring the full value of the app.
That said, here’s where we stand:
✅ Our pricing is transparent and equal for all users.
✅ We’re fair to all merchants and don’t make exceptions under pressure.
✅ We’re here for long-term partnerships, not short-term deals.

I have exercised considerable patience with this application, but regrettably, I have not experienced any success. Despite the involvement of the team, including the CEO, they were unable to perform what should be a straightforward task—importing my product inventory from Shopify, and more concerning, my sales history. This was even after providing access to my Shopify account. Furthermore, the service comes at a high cost, and communication throughout the process has been slow. My request was simple—just a sync of inventory and sales history. Given these challenges, I would advise exploring alternative providers.

Fabrikatör is specifically designed to help active online stores optimize inventory and forecast sales data integration with Shopify. In this case, the user did not have an active online store and only used the app for four days. During this brief period, there were expectations outside of our core offering.
Our CEO personally reached out to offer help, but the user mistakenly thought he was an "SEO expert" instead of recognizing him as the CEO dedicated to supporting our customers. Unfortunately, the user did not accept the assistance offered.
We made multiple attempts to connect and provide the necessary support, but these efforts were not accepted. Given this interaction and the misalignment of expectations, we question the intent behind this review.
While we respect everyone's right to share their experience, we believe it is essential for potential customers to understand the context and our commitment to truth and transparency.
At Fabrikatör, our focus remains on long-term success and helping merchants who truly benefit from our software, rather than making short-term gains. This approach has enabled us to serve hundreds of brands worldwide effectively.
