We sincerely apologize for the disruption and understand how frustrating it was to lose tracking unexpectedly.
The outage was caused by an incident affecting our hosting provider, which experienced widespread infrastructure issues as a result of a large-scale DDoS attack. Because several of our services are hosted on this platform, the disruption unfortunately impacted the availability of our application.
The same incident also affected our support channels, which is why it may have been difficult to reach our team during that period. We understand the inconvenience this caused and regret the lack of communication while the issue was being resolved.
We take service reliability very seriously and are continuously working to improve our resilience, redundancy, and communication processes to minimize the impact of similar incidents in the future.

Was having issues with my Meta pixel not tracking purchases correctly. Installed FBtrack and support checked everything for me. Turns out I had duplicate events. They fixed it quickly. Working fine since then.

I had a lot of trouble with tracking before and tried a bunch of different apps, but this app is the only one that actually worked. Setup was quick, tracking is accurate, and the support team is awesome. Definitely recommend it!

I was having trouble with my Facebook Pixel so I installed this app. I'm glad I did. The App is great but what's better than the app is the support, super helpful and helps solve any issues and answer questions. Happy customer, Thanks guys!
The app is no more working as promised and we have lost a lot of money because of it. Highly disappointed with the experience. Rating it singlet star after 3-4 months of happy usage. The app has gone wrong since last month.
Support is lacklustre. I am disappointed.
I use this app very well for many stores, but for this store, I installed the app but it could not send only Purchase event to Facebook (other events like view content, Checkouts Initiated, Add To Cart... sent normally), I know it because It shows result Checkouts Initiated, Add To Cart... in Facebook Ads Manager but always empty with column result for my campaign with Sale Objective . I sent email to support but not any reply. Please check my configuration and help! Thanks!

I first used this app for 3 days and my tracking numbers went crazy, but after I talked with them support, I understood that I hadn't follow them instructions. I had to delete my Pixel from shopify store and put that into the FBTRACKING Pixel. Now I have installed 4 backup pixels (including the original) and the Pixels fire perfectly and the numbers shows exactly.
Great support and customer service, I switched to premium version.
This app is awesome.
