This app will be really helpful for my team to insert all product FAQs without having to modify or add to the product description. Vic from their customer support was very quick to respond and was able to modify the placement and look of the FAQ so it is where I wanted it and matches the style of my website. Highly recommend!
This is my favorite FAQ app, because:
- You can set different FAQs to show/hide for specific Collections, Products, or even based on URL rules.
- You can put the FAQs on product pages, a centralized FAQ page, or other blog post or page using the Block.
- The answers support HTML rich text (images, bold/italic, hyperlinks, tables, video embeds and more). Very useful if you want to explain something in great detail!
- You can group FAQs into segments with subheadings separating them (easier for customers to find the questions).
- Auto-generates FAQpage schema fields so that Google can show your FAQs within the search results.
- Lots of style customizations: easy to make the FAQs look coherent with your store's design.
- Also, the developer is very responsive to feedback and capable of pushing out fixes/improvements extremely quickly!
So far i love this app! It does exactly what I need, has lots of customization options, and the support team is quick to respond and helpful!
I've been very happy with this app. Our FAQs look simple, yet professional. I'm not a computer expert and I was able to set it up with a little help from customer service. Highly recommend!

The app has some limitations (like no multi language for faq product) but the support is really good.
The are plain with the limitations and always get to the bottom of it.
I have a Multilanguage set up and its highly appreciated their help.
